Please find attached the flyer for the 2019 SGFA Summer Football.
This year we are again running across 2 locations. 
Competition starts in the first week of October and runs until the week before Christmas. 
October 1 – December 20

1. Peakhurst Park
Peakhurst will run on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Night
2. Ador Avenue 
Ador will run on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Night
 
Competitions across both locations will be dependent on the number of teams registered. There are a minimum number of teams required.
 
GIRLS- We endeavouring to have as many female only competitions across as many age groups as possible- this will just depend on numbers submitted so we encourage clubs to register ASAP.
 
TEAM REGISTRATIONS- Team submissions can be completed here.

INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST- If a player is interested in playing but does not have a team they can register here. We cannot make any promises that we will find them a place but we will either create a team of individual registrations or add them to a team who are looking for numbers. 
 
TEAM FEES- *Early Bird Discount: Teams registering prior to 30 August will receive an $100 discount of the team fee.

U6 to U12 – $900*

U14- U18 – $1000*

All Age – Over 35s – $1100*

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS (St George Association)- Can be used for Summer Football. The team contact (who completes the Jotform) will need to have the 16-digit voucher number for all participants wishing to use their voucher prior to completing the Jotform. 
These voucher numbers need to be submitted on the Jotform.
The team then needs to transfer the balance owing for the team fee.
eg: U12- $900 team fee- they have 9 players with 4 using vouchers
                       4 voucher numbers recorded on Jotform = $400 
                       Transfer balance of $500 to SGFA- details on Jotform 
                       If an AKV is not working we will contact the team
 
PLAY FOOTBALL REGISTRATIONS-
All players submitted on a team Jotform must register on PlayFootball.
Players will need to search and register for “SGFA Summer Football”
A payment screen will appear (below) throughout the registration process.  DO NOT enter AKV numbers here. 
AKV are to be submitted on the Jotform only
Players can just ignore this screen and hit submit.
